Ruth Chaffee Elementary School

Newington Public Schools are in the process of conducting kindergarten registration for children who will enter kindergarten in August 2024. In order to be eligible for kindergarten in August 2024, a child must be five (5) years of age on or before September 1, 2024. Registration is online via the Student Registration links located on the Newington Public Schools’ website please click link here. Students currently attending preschool in the Newington Public Schools do not need to complete this form. Registration packets will be mailed prior to February 24. Please contact your child’s school if you do not receive this information or if you have any questions regarding the process.
